    Return & Exchange Policy

    At Mia Moross Fine Jewelry, we take pride in crafting high-quality, unique fine jewelry pieces. Due to the nature of our work, we have the following return and exchange policies:

    • All sales are final for customized, resized, and sale items. These pieces are made or adjusted specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Non-custom, unworn items may be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use an insured shipping method. Mia Moross Fine Jewelry is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for exchange.

  • Order Processing & Shipping

    • All ready-to-ship items will be processed within 3-5 business days.

    • Custom orders and resized pieces take 2-4 weeks for production before shipping.

    • We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with tracking and insurance for security.

    • Mia Moross Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.Item description

  • Our custom work comes with a lifetime manufacturing guarantee. Should there be an issue with your purchase and we determine it to be a manufacturing error, we will repair, free of charge. 

  • Jewelry Warranty

    • We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection for Mia Moross Collection pieces within one year of purchase.

    • Repairs due to normal wear and tear are available at an additional cost.

  • Payment & Security

    • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna (if applicable) for secure transactions.

    • All payments are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways.

    • Chargebacks or payment disputes must be resolved through our customer service before filing a claim with your bank.Item description

    At Mia Moross Fine Jewelry, we stand by the quality and authenticity of every gemstone we sell.

    Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

    • We guarantee that every gemstone in your purchase is 100% natural—forged from the earth and never lab-grown or synthetic.

    • We do not sell or work with lab-grown diamonds, synthetic stones, or treated materials of any kind.

    Natural Gemstone Certification & Accuracy

    • Some of our gemstones come with GIA or EGL certifications for verification.

    • For products without official certification, we provide an expert estimation of gemstone specifications, including carat weight, color, and clarity.

    • All estimations are provided by an in house appraiser using their best professional judgment. While highly accurate, natural variations and human assessment may lead to slight discrepancies.

    Our Guarantee on Estimations

    • While we cannot guarantee that every estimated specification (such as color or clarity) is exact, we ensure honest and professional assessments.

    • If it is ever determined that your gemstone was grossly misrepresented, we will accept a full return and issue a complete refund.

    At Mia Moross Fine Jewelry, integrity is at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment to sourcing only natural, high-quality gemstones ensures that every piece in your collection is authentic, timeless, and truly unique.

  • The very nature of antique jewelry is that it has been worn and loved for a long time, and in some cases, for over 200 years. That being said, our jewelry may have welding marks from original casting or repair, and other signs of aging. Please review carefully before making a purchase.  

    • We meticulously inspect each piece in order to send you the most secure of items, but as these pieces have a past, we cannot guarantee the timeline of their integrity. Love these pieces and treat them according to their delicate condition.

    • Our jewelry will be described as accurately as possible in the description section of each listing. There may be hallmarks on the jewelry that will denote when and where it was made. We do our best to include this information in the description section of each listing; however, much of this information is also available online.

    • There are pieces that are unmarked or the marking has been worn down. We will not remark the piece as we want to keep the jewelry in its original condition. Again, all pieces have been tested and guaranteed regardless of their markings. 

    • We hope you love these pieces as much as we do.  

  • There are several factors involved in caring for antique and modern jewelry, and we want to ensure that your pieces last you a lifetime. 

    • To avoid scratching and stone loss, please store your jewelry separately in a dry compartment. Avoid all moisture, including chlorine and dish soap.

    • Do not wear jewelry to the gym, the pool, the beach, while cleaning the house, or during rigorous activity. Jewelry is fragile, so it's best to treat it as such.

    • Cleaning vintage jewelry can be a complicated task, which is why we suggest  taking yours to a professional. For the occasional quick clean, we recommend using a polishing cloth.

  • Resizing & Repair Policy

    At Mia Moross Fine Jewelry, we offer professional in-house resizing to ensure the perfect fit for your ring.

    Resizing Services

    • In-House Resizing Available – We offer resizing for a fee. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm if your ring is eligible.

    • Exclusions – Some designs, such as eternity bands or certain vintage pieces, may not be eligible for resizing.

    Repair Services

    • We do not offer resizing or repair services for items purchased outside of our store.

    • If your Mia Moross Fine Jewelry piece requires a repair, please reach out to us to discuss available options.

  • Your purchase receipt is confirmation of authenticity. This receipt can be used to insure your new jewel with your preferred insurance broker.

    If you need a more detailed receipt for insurance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

  • Gemstone Certification & Grading Policy

    At Mia Moross Fine Jewelry, we are committed to providing accurate and transparent gemstone information while preserving the integrity of antique and vintage jewelry.

    Certification & Grading

    • While we would love to provide Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or European Gemological Laboratory (EGL) certification for all antique pieces, doing so would require removing stones from their original settings—a process that could compromise the integrity of vintage jewelry.

    • Unless explicitly stated in the product listing, we do not provide GIA or EGL certificates for antique jewelry.

    Grading Estimates

    • For items that do not come with a formal certification, we provide grading estimates in the listing.

    • These estimates are assessed by a certified appraiser based on professional expertise.

    • While we strive for accuracy, grading estimates are not guaranteed to be exact, as they are determined without removing the stone from its setting.
